After you did the fresh install from the site and not from your old downloaded .zip and tried again, how long until the issue popped up? Is it just on one account or multiple? Is your pokemon and item limits under the max on your account or do you have too many pokemon/items maybe? Can I get you to post a screenshot after you check all of that just so I can see the error and such popup?
