Its unable to read the mesh files, either no rights or they are corrupt. Try making sure HB is running as Administrator... or putting HB and the Mesh folder somewhere that general users can access if the administrator run doesn't work right either.

Also can try a fresh install of HB and a new mesh folder.

Still dont work. Donloaded new HB, added new Mesh folder, runned as admin, unninstalled firewall, checked 2 more connections(have free wifi nearby), all clean, same results.
