dont use skills

hey i have one question,, trying to lvl my dk and pala but it dosent use skills just regular hits tryed several different CC but no luck. but if i logon my warrior it works flawless.. ohh btw it workes sometime if i help push skills once????

kicks 1-85 quest and tryed almost every cc profile
