Do you have the Visual Studio and .NET redistributables installed?

Try running the Buddy Wizard as well.

I dont know why but its not working.;(
At home Honorbuddy working fine..just when I am in my student dormitory Honorbuddy wont work. ;(

Sounds like your school is blocking essential network functions for Honorbuddy, take a look at the Wiki link Chinajade posted to see if you can use any of the work arounds.
