Dont know why my bot is conceding

So i had roughly 13 damage on my minions between 5 of them, they had 0 minions 0 weapon and i had like 20 health or something still my bot decides to concede!

ive attached the log if you could have a look?

maybe this is why im stuck at rank 10?

i can see in the log it says

2016-02-14 18:13:45,683 [6] INFO CustomLogger (null) - Lethal detected. Concede...

but they didnt have lethal they had 0 damage and 0 weapons

P.S i dont have Keep constructed Rank/MMR ticked
