Don't know where/how to get leather farm

hey, arms warrior wanting to bot/farm savage leather and blackened dragonscales from mobs in twilight highlands in obsidium forest, anyone help me out with a link or tell me which settings to use?

just enable skinning on Hb settings& tools window and you need a profile as well
