dont know my log in key for the bot

hi i just got honorbuddy and i have registered and all good, but i cant login to the bot itself it keeps coming up, you have entered a invalid key ? and then says about old shop usernames have been converted to key logins ?? what is my key and where do i get it from ? i not had any emails with it on help please.
