Don't Kill the Fat One

The Npc that should give this quest (kilrath) dont have it and the toon just stay trying to talk to him but he dont have the exclamation mark or the quest Maybe its lacking someone that should be made first or just blizz removed this quest. Also the NPC that should give the quest to send you to kilrath isn't found anymore where it should be. Maybe it's one of the quests that blizzard removed from BC.
