The page that displays after HB is purchased is what is causing the confusion. If you or whomever works the website pages modified that page, alot of post purhase confusion would go away.

I would suggest that it states that the key will be sent by email, that it could take a few hours and then how to start HB once it arrives... along with a link to the 'Quick HB guide'.

**Edit** Just read the post... in this case that page wasn't the issue... but my suggestion would be more towards the other daily posts on the same subject... lol
