Don't get any items from Pokestops (Softban?)

Hey

Tested the bot and also bought it but after 2-3 hours I noticed that I have 0 pokeballs. It catched every pokemon but for pokestops I only got xp. Looks like this:

Looting *blublublub*
[18:22:02] Received 50 EXP.

How can I solve this problem? I need the items from the pokestops. Is it a softban? I thought the bot will automatically try to claim the items 40x from the pokestop to unban me?

are your item slots filled? because if it is you'll not be able to pick up anything.

no they aren't filled.. I also dont have any pokeballs
