Doing something wrong, attempting to grind.

I've got a few grinding profiles I'm trying to run on my bard at level 20. I switch it to Grinding, load my profile, hit start and my bard just runs around not attacking. Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

Please post a log and the profile your trying to use.

I attached a log, a profile i tried to create ( not sure whether I did it right or not ), and a profile I found on the forums. I get the same results from both.
