doing quests on lvl 80 char

can i use the lvl 1-60 profiles only for the quests on my lvl 80 char ? what do i need to change that it will do the quests

On the Alliance side, Synik tends to write profiles that are friendly for max-level toons, and toons leveling with Heirloom gear. What you want to look for is... the questing profile to be written without SubProfiles. With profiles written in such a manner, you just change

<QuestOrder>​

to

<QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="true">​

and you're on your way.

Synik's is just one I looked at recently, so it sticks in my head. I'm sure there are many other quest profile writers that use the same technique.

First this makes no sense you want to use a 1-60 profile to level a level 80 character...

It actually makes a lot of sense for reputation with various factions, the Explorer title, and other achievements.

Its not about rep someone had a question, I could care less about the so called REP

<chuckles> He meant WoW faction rep, not Forum rep. But, I agree with you, Forum rep and post count is just plain silly--it encourages wrong behavior.

the only thing i want is to make some rep with sw by doing the quest in these 1-60 profiles, but im already lvl 80. so it doesnt work

Get the stormwind tabard and do some HC's, a much quicker way

Now that its been explained a little more, you will just have to edit the quests min/max level and requirements of the quest, sorry for the earlier confusion.
