Doesn't want to log on

I just downloaded HB and I tried to follow certain steps to fix it, but nothing works. What do I do?

I tried, but it didn't work. So I really don't know how to fix it. Pretty sad to spend money on something that doesn't work =\

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

It won't let me download from http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
It gets automaticly blocked. Is there any other way to get it?

Disable your antivirus then try to update it
