Doesn't clean up bag or use Incubator's

Not sure if the bot only does it when it is "resting" at a pokestop, but my bot doesn't clean up my bag. It also doesn't use the Incubators after that feature came with latest update. I uploaded the log.

double checked, settings are fine, but bot doesnt do it.
