Doesn't attack

For some reason my char doesn't attack anyone in pvp. I'm not sure if its the same in PvE since i only pvp with it. In the beginning i belive it did attack, but now it only fights back when being dismounted.

I tried finding the answer on the forums but the only answer i found was that honorbuddy may be outdated.

I don't think it's the problem here since i just downloaded the newest (i think) version from the "releases" thread.

Any Suggestions ?
