TarasBulba help me to solve this problem already.

The solution is :

1. install the latest DB and Adventurers

2. install the .Net and C++ libary

3. Run the cmd.exe as administrator, which is in C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

4. Input “netsh winsock reset” , then enter.
After run this command, the Windows will tell you to restart.
But do not reboot!!! do not reboot!!!do not reboot!!!
Run DB directly, you will find no exception for your DB.

BuddyWizard is fine. QuestTools is not necessary.
Demonbuddy should download the latest buid 425 and the Adventurer-1.0.0.90.
