Does Trinity Support newest items and sets?

Hi folks

Is there a version of Trinity that supports and/or are populated with patch 2.3's items and sets so i can use the items list in Trinity? If so what version and where can I get it? Also should I use Db beta, which I currently use, or what?

Would appreciate any help
