Does transferring toon off 72hr suspension acct clean the slate?

As the title says. Recently got a 72hr suspension. Was wondering if transferring to a fresh account cleans the slate.

the last names are the only things that need to be the same, don't need to be on same battle.net

Yes it does. The "slate" is on the account, not the character.

I believe OP means he/she wants to transfer the character when the suspension expires which would be fine.

Hidden means the account on the BNET. NOT the Bnet lol.
