Does this product worK?

I bought it installed it put my key in and then nothing it literally cant click anything on its own

Constantly needing me to click for it and not being able to find any of the buttons on it's own.

When it loaded my classes every time it checked one i had to stop it and push done for it then start it again.

So far I am unimpressed honestly....
