and should i stop botting for the time being?.
 
I'd stop for a month + bot only 1 hour a day for another 2 months. Then you're in the clear if you don't get banned.

Also, do that everytime you get one of those emails.

alright so just slow down a bit and then pick back up and do they do this on a constant basis or once in awhile?

No man, just trolling ya. It happens on literally every RMAH auction sold.
 
I was going to basically say the same thing, but decided to let someone else troll it before commenting.
 
yes you are. i suggest that you quit using RMAH before you get banned:p
