Does this haappen to people using an unmerge account

Afer i merge the account into my main account, some reason i cannot find the new account, it just log straight to my old account character select screen. Any1 know how to fix this? The new account appear in battle.net but not in game -,-0

i tried reset password, delete file in wtf folder, and create a new wow2 account, still cannot select account -,-
