Not yet. Currently, the only gen 2 pokemon available have to be hatched. While the bot doesn't support them, it doesn't stop you from hatching them. It just won't show an avatar for the pokemon and the name space will be blank in your pokemon list. I've already hatched a Pichu using the bot
