Does the order of your mouse/action bar/passive skills effect the way trinity works ?

Title says it all I guess, can they be in any order ? Often see people post their skills and was just wondering ?

Any order at all! Having said that, some people have said that "rapid-attack" abilities work best in Diablo 3 itself if they are on LMB/RMB (which suggests D3 might actually do something different behind-the-scenes for those two hotbar slots) - but I've tried all sorts of skills in all sorts of places and I really don't believe there's any difference at all. Stick them wherever you like!
