I had 59 full afk about a month ago, requested lamenation support numerous times and explained why setting a delay alone was not good enough in a convo with jubi. He may be working on it he might not be. He sent me a barbian cs file to use that gave me compile errors and never heard anything back. I saw a commit regarding changing rend back to old. I can do 65 myself in 5 min to give you an idea of my gear, but bot cant do 60 in 15 unless you babysit it and move it out of shit yourself which kind of defeats the purpose of botting if you have to play anyways. If high 50 is ok with you the bot can manage as rend. I have personally switched to wd and already have 50 down a day after creating the wd. It's easier to gear and fully supported and for some reason wd has avoidance sliders unlike barb so you can tell it how to survive unlike barb that will stand in anything and everything it can. Just my 2 cents
