Does the bot support world quests?

I'm at 790 Ilvl ATM and want to get to 850+ does the bot support any sort of world quest automation for gear? Or any other kind of gear helper.

World quests are just like any other, you just need a profile for it. There are some people making profiles for world quests but nothing officially released. Check the profiles section and you'll see them.
