Does the bot evolve?

You don't evolve things manually with an egg first of all. You do it with the required amount of candy. Second you put eggs in incubators and they hatch after a certain distance (2,5 or 10km). so idk wtf you mean when you say "Or do i have to evolv things manually with an egg?"?

As for your second question, yes, you're just stupid and that's something we just can't fix.

u need no egg for evolve
atm u have to manually evolve pokemon u can log in at ur phone without location services and u can do all u want.

I'll rephrase: Do i have to turn the bot off, use a lucky egg and evolve things manually?

haha, not pissed off, annoyed slightly, but, yes, you have to turn the bot off to evolve period. The bot doesn't evolve pokemon for you (hopefully ever) unless it can learn to only evolve those worth doing so (or in mass as a way to level, pidgeys for example).
