Does the ban affect whole Bnet (2 or more acc of WoW) or just ONE acc in Wow?

Does anyone know if is the Bnet that get banned from WOW or if it's just 1 acc??
People with 2 or more acc on same bnet can log in even if just ONE acc get banned?
