No it doesn't as there is no connection between pokefarmer and your phone. (pretty logical if you think about it for 5 seconds -.- )

But he asked if Pokemon Go (you know the app which you could theoretically use on your phone) is sending data ;)
 
Actually a good question. I've read on other sites that it is included in the data sent to Niantic. If it is, is PF sending something or is there a big hole in our data that could be waving the "BAN ME" flag?

PF is emulating a smartphone, you can see detailed information in PF settings. Dev is working on big changes atm, to make this emulation (more) perfect.
