Does Old Routine scan for frenzy charges?

I'm running a Shadow "king of the forest" build and I want the bot to only use frenzy to get the charges and use barrage and la for the main attacks. Can it do this?


Unfortunately the only thing I found that could do is Ouroboros but all working routine links are down.
