Does not show all Profiles!

Hello I am about to buy honorbuddy, but I just checked out what profile to use.

And then I was shocked and dont know what the problem is but it says Alliance Profiles - (11/254)

What does it mean??? I only see 11 profiles out of all 254, it's sad I cant use all of them how do I do to use them or see them
