Does internal function use in professionbuddy gives us headache being dedected by GM

Can queries find internal function uses;
I want to equip a bag in my bag slot and hesitating to use
EquipPendingItem(20) 20=firstbag leftmost one

Will it cause a problem if it is Why ?
If its not why ?

And When you dump the api from wow there is lots of function which is not shown in wowwiki API section
I gazed such functions ClickSendMailMailButton() or it was taking ~(OnSelf)

Can I use that stuff safely ?
