Does the d3 client transmit mouse clicks to the game server? When demonbuddy performs actions in games, are mouse-click events ever being sent from client to server, or is it all just pure action packets? I am thinking especially of targeting monsters or traveling to coordinates.
I think that most of the time, actions that would normally require or can be performed with a mouse click in game by a human player should also be sent by the bot. I say "most of the time" because human players will sometimes use keyboard buttons instead. The bot should send mouse clicks randomly.
The probability range for performing the action shouldn't be fixed, however. If it were, by the Law of Large Numbers, the average numbers of clicks per game or some time frame would converge to similar numbers for a large number of bot users. So the probability range itself should be randomly set in a way so that, in the long run, the average will not be too similar across all bot users.
This same idea should apply to other bot actions that can be detected and analyzed by Blizzard.
