If you log out after a day of HB use is there still a chance of getting banned next time you log in, or does Blizz only ban accounts caught in the act of using HB?

Does Blizz need to caught you in the act of using HB before banning account?

Blizzard does not need to catch you botting so to speak and often times if they do catch you they won'y ban you immediately. They like to save a lot of people's information and ban them all in once, ban wave style. This makes it harder for the developers and botters to know how or when they were detected or reported or however they determine it. There is always a chance of being banned as soon as you start to use any type of 3rd party program. As well as Blizzard can ban you for any or no reason at all as stated in the EULA.
