Does anyone use VPS?

I just wondered. Does anyone use a VPS for botting? And if you do what VPS do you use?

You cant use VPS for botting because Microsoft does not allow windows 7 to be licensed as a hosted OS. This may change in Windows 8 but until then you will either need to find a VPS host that will break the microsoft licensing agreements or lease a full on dedicated server with a dedicated graphics card ect ect.

I happen to have some extra server resources (dedicated and virtual) and would be willing to lease some of it out on a monthly basis. How many bots are you trying to run?

You can also bot on a Server OS - a VPS with Win2k8 and Ivy/Sandy-Bridge CPU (because of the Intel HD4000/3000 GPU) should run fine.
