Does anyone know why my charactor can't auto mount doing quests?

It keeps saying spell not learned, my charactor is level 54 and I've learned the fastest I can. Please please please help !!!Thanks a lot!

Zerg, I can't say for sure but have you tried putting a different mount name into the mount box? I have found that some mounts don't work when I was first testing with one of my toons. If that doesn't help, please post a log.
