Back in Wrath I used a site ( be.imba.hu ) to help me with gemming and enchants. I can't remember if reforging was on it or not, but I've noticed that that site has gone down. I've searched the web for something similar and couldn't find anything. I looked at wow heroes, wow reforge, femaledwarf.com, noxxic.com, ask mr robot, and a couple of other sites. They're all different, and when I run my toon's info through SimC, it's always getting about 5-7k more dps than any CC I use. I'm just trying to find a site that will give me the correct info for gemming, enchanting, and reforging for my spec. I'm at the ranged hit cap of 8%, my ranged haste is 25% unbuffed, and my crit is 36.9%. Sadly, in my 10 man DS all I can manage to get is 24k dps on my SV hunter. I've tried falldown's Bowman, I've tried the last version of bowman before Shaddar left (3.6), I've used CLU, and I've tried Singular (which, was a real disaster since it always wanted to pull before the tank even moved, even with all targeting and taunting off). SimC says that with my ilevel 390 gear, gems, reforging, and enchanting I should be getting at leaest 29k dps.
Since this doesn't really have anything to do with the bot, I'm guessing, I was posting here in general discussion so that I could maybe get some suggestions for websites that offer assistance with gemming, reforging, and enchanting. Also, any suggestions on what could be going wrong with the CCs that they would not get the proper dps?
