I want it to do the following:

Pick up and sell items worth Alts
Pick up and sell items worth Chroms
Pick up and sell 6 socket items
Pick up and store 5/6L items
Pick up and store chaos recipe items
Pick up currency
Pick up and store valuable divination cards only
Pick up and store valuable uniques only
Pick up and store 10+ quality gems

I have tried to achieve this multiple times but it always either doesent work or it just stores everything.

If somebody could send me a .json filter file for this then that would be great.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Tormiasz but i have tried that one already and it stores alsorts of rare items that i consider junk aswell as uniques

also how does it work in terms of identifying items to check their stats but still keeping them unidentified for the chaos recipe?

If you're using Questbot it's going to store rares regardless of your AIF filter unless you sit there and customize the built-in filter.

But like Torm said, it's a good start. Look at the examples of the rares it keeps and edit in your own. I'd wager if you say it "stores a lot of rares" you're not using that filter (do you have enable custom rules checked?) because running that I'll maybe get one rare a day saved.

Recipes have built-in protection, as soon as you grab an item needed for recipe it protects it from ID even if you set all rares to be ID'd.

ah maybe its because i was using questbot then. do i need to disable the standard item filter when using this ?

If you're using AIF you want ItemFilterEditor disabled. Unfortunately AIF and Questbot don't get along (you can actually run Questbot now with AIF enabled, but it doesn't seem to follow any sort of rule you set up). If you disable AIF, enable the built-in ItemEditor and setup a rule to sell all rares you should be good. Then use EquipPlugin to build a profile of what gear you want to equip while leveling. Ideally when a rare drops it should pick it up, ID, see if it's better than what you have now, and if not sell it when you get back in town.
