Do you use ISBoxer?

Just wanted to do a quick poll and see how isboxer users are doing.

I'm debating on whether or not to use is boxer myself, the program isn't necessary and I have 7 plvl100 toons on farm plus others, so I'm not sure if it's worth the risk of trying a new program.

Also, isboxer users seem over-represented in the ban section. Especially by people that were botting for a very short amount of time.

i dont use it - but since you dont know anythin bout blizzes internalsystem on how to combat botters this thread is useless. Do ppl get banned cause of ISboer - you dont know - or is its just that ppl who use IS boxer are morelikly to rune multiple bots on one machine and this is somthing that get you flaged - again you dont know.

If you wanna do somtiing usefull : buy 100 new computers: on 50 you run ISboxer the other 50 without - on 25 you just run 1 bot on 25 you run 10. Feel free to share your results with us oh and it would be cool if you can station every computer within a different household to rule out same IP issues.

You are correct, YOU do know nothing "bout blizzes internalsystem." Additionally, the whole point of this thread is to sample a small group of botter's experiences with IsBoxer because I also know nothing "bout blizzes internalsystem."

No, I run multiple accounts on multiple machines without ISO boxer and have never had a champ farm ban. I also do not think bans are random. Blizzard didn't create a RNG for banning botting accounts.

prob only good for saving space (if you have a sdd) i use it on 4 bots and its not all that great, others may find it more usfull i guess

Your probably right, but I'm already at the computer 6-8 hours a day with 12-16 bots. I don't think I can add more bots without further automation.

It would be an extremely brutal ban for me right now.

I use it, it was worth the money just in the amount of hassle it cuts out of starting a mess of bots up and positioning them where you want all in one click.

Makes it super easy to keep the windows small while enlarging one at a time to trade over to the mule, saves GPU usage %, makes it easy to launch all your bots, and the cost is minimal.

You reap what you sow. Put some money in and it pays dividends (efficiency, time saved, etc).

I can't get mine to even launch my character set.

I switched to Yet Another Relogger from using VMware for months. Its so much better. I cant speak for Isboxer, but if you are looking for automation hear the following setup.
Using Yet Another Relogger all I have to do is press one button in the program (in an otherwise blank desktop) and 6 d3s and 6 dbs will start and run automatically and relog when they crash. Additionally, they all shrink to 320x160 and tile themselves on my desktop. EZPZLEMONSQUEEZY
Did I mention its free?

Sort of a mashup reply to the above posts about ISBoxer and YAR, I use both and it is magnificent compared to trying to do things without either. I think all the reasons were stated above. I believe much of the window placement functionality of ISBoxer is now duplicated with YAR, but it still has the benefit of easy to manage load balancing, decreased usage (I think), and you can quickly swap tiny windows into a large region for maintenance. That feature alone is worth the cost of ISBoxer.

I'm fairly convinced that a higher rate of bans among ISBoxer users is because more multibotters use it.

DRelog also does that large region for maintenance thingy, SHIT+FX with x the index of your bot and it'll make that window bigger. Awesome to do the maintenance without having to take down all the other bots. I don't get why ppl pay for ISBoxer when you can get most of its funcionality for free.
