Do you still use VMware for 2 or more bots? Coz I only have a i3 laptop with 6GB DDR3 mem and have 3 accounts, but my laptop cant handle the 3 vmware. Is it safe to launch them without using vmware?

i was running 6 bots for 3 months on 1 machine with db only, no vmware no ***** no nothing.

Why would i need them? Supposedly they should successfully "hide" you from blizzards all seeing eye :D I just dont give a damn that much...
And if you are asking launching 6 d3 instances from same pc, you make 6 folders, and make shortcut of each d3 exe (not the launchers) on ur desktop. Then open the desktop shortcuts and add -launch at the item location (c: programfiles... diablo3.exe" -launch)

And then ur PC doesnt explode?

6 bots really isn't that much, especially with settings all toned down.

Anyway, to put it bluntly, VMs are a stupid waste of time and resources. There is no protection benefit.

I think vmware has benefit or protection. Those annoying AFK can finally lay to rest. If you run all client on the VM and bots there too than you are free to do what you need to do on your computer. Even the vmware screens are minimized.

Confirmation by the community could prove this, anyone?

You don't need a VM or ISBoxer.. like the previous posted stated they are a waste of time and resources. You will be banned eventually anyway and using either of those programs is not going to help you out. That AFK message was obviously a scare tactic on blizzards part and have done a great job with some of you. I have been running 3 bots on 1 pc 12-24 hours daily (depends on DB issues) since the patch. I have even emailed blizzard about the RMAH and the emails they have sent out after selling stuff. Just run your bots on your computer and don't waste your time or money on those programs.
