Do you guys have better luck with MapRunner, or a certain zone for MF farming.

I am trying to find a good MF farm area. At the moment it seems like I have had better luck doing dried wastes in act 4 merc over MapRunner.

I tend to die too often with MapRunner, rending it not a valuable. What do you guys suggest?

Depends on what you farm, and your build.

I am farming with SRS MF, and have pretty decent gear, but still struggle with 70-72 maps at level 80. I dont get it..maybe my settings are wrong, maybe my gear or build isn't perfect.

at the end of the day blue maps have rarity and quantity and thats > than any area in warbands/standard/HC
Tempest on the other hand /shrug

Had like 10 bans total +- some in Warbands and all of them were because I let em farm Dried Lake tbh. 0 Bans while running maps till now

ya im having trouble with my SrS MF build too. i could be wrong but i feel like to be successful in botting maps you need some sort of life leech or insane defenses or lots of aoe dmg around you. Mobs will always at some point run past my SrS and kill me. 2.5k shield 4k health 20/289 IIQ/IIR. Until there is some sort of kiting plugin i don't think SrS will be viable even tho someone posted they do 75+ maps 24/7 with no bans or deaths so idk i could just be dumb.
