do we have to dl this for the new patch or will hb update itself

So have you tried starting HB?
I'm pretty sure we have had an auto-updater in place for a while now.

ya i was aware of the auto updater it still just says cant find a wow to attach to when i start her up

Hmm. I thought the updater was changed so that it will update even though WoW was not started.
Try running HB like normal and if it does not auto update, then unfortunately you will have to manually update.

does the set up have uninstall with it also

What i do is donwload the zip file from the thread. Delete my HB folder and unzip the files to a new HB folder.

Its a clean install. Afeter that i install all my plugins etc....

Anytime my World of Warcraft updates it creates another WoW64 file which I have to delete or rename to make WoW launch in 32bit, maybe that is your problem.
