Do profile until Item-XYZ = count

Wondering if there is a plugin to run a profile until say ghost iron ore = 200 then switch to a different profile? I think PB can do it, but me being not so great with programming would need some sort of example to work with.

Was thinking you could use the addon "lootcount", which has the ability to make lists and let you know how short you are from filling it. Then have the plugin check the stats from the addon until they said the list was full. Is there a non-macro way to read from the addon?

This should be quite easy in PB actually. PB has a GUI so its a little more friendly in some ways.

Actually, I started to write up the instructions from memory but just decided its probably faster for me (and clearer for you) to just throw it together when the game comes up and post it. Check back in a few hours after US servers are up. I'll make you something simple with some basic instructions. Then you'll have your example to play with and learn from.
