Do Not Mine/Herb with NPC within specific distance

I'ver never messed with plugins but this seems like it would be simple.

A plugin used with Gatherbuddy that will not pick herb, mine ore if any enemy npc is within a specific distance.

Why? There are tons of nodes for farming in Pandaria, i think something this simple would speed up farming by alot! Any takers?

I've been looking for something like this, I just wen't holy after hitting 90 and it takes forever downing an NPC. Avoiding NPCs could save me a whole minute or two!

I have a plugin writer working on this with me right now, currently testing it as a beta, it's only meant to work with farming nodes, but it's going well so far.
