Do i need "Train new skills" turned on ?

im taking a guess it means that when i level up, train new skills is weather or not it should go and learn the new skills ?
im currently level 40 and its taking a good 15 - 20 minutes to get to the trainer and back from where i am and wondering if turning it off will be a good idea to save time ?

if you are on Kick's profiles
open the profile witha text editor
press ctrl+f and on searc bar write "train new skills"
you will see the line,turn it to false

if you are not on Kick's profiles
hit settings and tools button
enable advanced mode
scroll down and disable that option

it will go and train each time there is a spell available, which is every other level
