Do Combat bars matter?

I was wondering if it would make any differnce how i set up my combat bars? i run a monk, and was wondering if setting up my bars differntly would increase my chances at higher MP levels?

U mean bar with skills?

so yeah it would. bot uses skills from bar so whatever u have there - it will try fight with it.

Can anyone let me know what a good bar setup for a monk would be?
