Do blizz detect the bot or actions?

Can blizzard actually detect the bot running? Or only the actions of the player? I wan't to know if it's virtually 99% safe to play my main account while the bot runs at the same time which would be the case if you're only banned from actions alone.

theoritically they can see everything,dont forget that its their game

Only select people know how blizzards detection works. And they are not very likely to tell you, especially not on a public forum.
