So I'm making now a mage CC(I already have a dll) And one another dll only for function libary like drinking. So when you put 2 dll in CC it still will work when they coperate with eachother?

I've cut it down to 1 DLL now But in answer to Klokje's question, you can use as many DLLs as you want. A CC itself can be a DLL if you want. But we encourage open source CCs here.
