Dispel only

Is it possible for someone to make a dispel only bot? One that could be used for combat bot for RBGs and arena? Basically it will dispel anyone who needs it and you manually heal.

Sure, you just need to find a CustomClass which dispells only or you write a new one. Shouldn't be that complicated.
