Hey guys!

I searched for some information prior to posting this, but found nothing.

Why does the bot dismount to accept and turn in a quest? Is this just standard operating procedure? Is there no way to overwrite this process? No way to trigger dismount if the quest window isn't seen in X seconds?

I'm sure someone has asked this before, and I vaguely recall seeing this years ago but can't for the life of me remember the reasoning.

If there is a solution, would someone please point me in the right direction?

Best Regards

There is no way to override this unless you modify a script in order to have the toon remain mounted. It's a lot of work btw to do that. From what I remember it was stated they dismount to avoid issues with accepting and turning in quests.

Sorry to necro, but this makes it super obvious that your a bot. Especially when you dismount to turn in a quest, mount back up, walk 25 yards and dismount again to turn in the next quest. No other player does this unless they too are botting. Even worse is when it flies in to quest giver and dismounts, then swaps over to ground mount. It's like holding up a big sign saying "Hey, look over here. I'm Botting. Please report me asap".
