Dismounting from one hit from one mob every time?

Why does HB dismount so much? Maybe it's just me but it seems even though "kill between hotspots" is un checked it still dismounts to kill everything in its path and its such a time waster. Either that or cata mobs hit alot fucking harder than usual. SADFACE!
